Tickets are transferable up to 120 days before the event. You can use the Facebook group transfer thread to find a buyer and potentially recover your full cost. No credits or transfers are allowed within 120 days of the event. No refunds are given for late arrival, early departure, or any other circumstances. No exceptions are made for any reason. Absolutely! During registration, you’ll have the option to indicate who you’re attending with. As long as you both select the same room and bed type and space is available, you will be placed together.

All the time! We have people attend solo, with a friend, and sometimes in small groups. Solo travelers are encourgaed and embraced with open arms. the majority of our attendees attend their first event solo.

Nope! Each retreat is thoughtfully curated based on the location, time of year, and attendees. We offer a variety of optional activities, including tours, book swaps, and group meals. Participation is completely up to you, and you are free to spend your time however you wish. While activities are a great way to connect with other attendees, they are never required.

You are responsible for your own travel accomodations to and from the airport. For each retreat, we have a group chat pirior where attendees try to travel together once at the aiport.

Yes! No matter the retreat you are on, we strive to select restaurants and create meals with all allergies in mind.

Yes! We have a private discord group compelte with a group chat, itinerary, important announcements etc that is active once the retreat goes live.
