Itinerary Breakdown

Welcome Meet + Mingle

Arrive and check in at the hotel under your last name anytime after 4pm then head to the lobby (location may change) at 6pm for a Meet + Mingle!

Themed Dinner

Enjoy a group dinner with other attendees. The theme is bookish + all black. This can be a black dress, black bookish t and pants, all black outfit. You decide! Location of restaurant to be announced at later date. (semi-casual)

Salem Tours

We have the option for attendees to take part in two exciting events in Salem - History & Hauntings Tour and The House of the Seven Gables Tour. Not interested in these two? No worries! Opt in for a massage at a local spa instead.

Mini Group Photoshoot

The lovely Demi from Demi Lynn Photography will be joining us on retreat and will be our photographers for our mini group photoshoot! This will take place outside so bring an outfit to fit the weather and of course your Bookish gear.

Located in downtown Salem, this hotel offers complimentary hot breakfast, a fitness room, an indoor pool, paid secured parking, and king and queen rooms. It is within a 5-10 minute walk to all the major attractions and tours, restaurants, and local sites. There are shared bed and single beds available.

Payment Plan Options

Shared Queen Bed Shared Room: $200/month for 6 months 

Single Queen Bed in Shared Room: $280/month for 6 months

Shared King Bed: $260/month for 6 months

Single King Bed: $350/month for 6 months

SPECIAL NOTE: This is a non-refundable event. ​

  • More than 6 months before the retreat start date: You will receive a 50% credit toward a future retreat, valid for up to 12 months.

  • 3 to 6 months before the retreat start date: You will receive a 25% credit toward a future retreat, valid for up to 12 months.

  • Less than 3 months before the retreat start date: No credit will be provided, as it becomes challenging to fill your spot. However, if we are able to fill your space from our waitlist, we may offer a 50% credit at our discretion.
